It is nearly March already, where has the time flown?
This issue is a bit late in coming out for a number of reasons, one of which is due to the fact that we have
moved our site to a new host server.
As the webmaster/editor of this publication, I was growing more and more frustrated by the ever-increasing limitations put on us by the old host Freeservers, who had initally given out large free sites
with FTP and email capabilities, but have recently gone to a pay-for service and drastically reduced the number of resources available to their free sites.
As the gURLz Gazette is a non-profit venture at this time, (which you can help us out by supporting our sponsor's banner links when you are done reading our E-zine) we felt that it was time to move our site someplace that was faster and more reliable while also giving us adequate resources such as POP3 mail accounts for our staff, more bandwidth and no limit on how many hits per day we receive. I am absorbing the cost of owning the domain www.bghappy.com, and feel this is the best place to host The gURLz Gazette. We feel you, the visitor, will be happier with the faster loading pages and fewer banners and ads. Please note, any ads which do appear on this site now are from our own affiliates, and supporting them allows us to earn a small commission. All affiliate links also open in new windows for your convenience. So, now that you are here, please bookmark our new address, which is:
http://www.bghappy.com/gurlzgazette/index.html
Getting back to the business at hand here, this issue has got some great new articles, recipes, graphics and tips from our regular staff, and also features another installment to Aksa's Egyptian Adventure, and some of her own photographs this time, so come on in and enjoy the read!
Take a good look around and stop back often!
Oh, and please sign our guestbook, we'd love to hear what you think.
